When there are more than 1 decals on sheet, the dimensions apply only to one of them. For example, in a pair of flames or a pair of wings, the dimensions apply only to one flame or wing of the pair. The same rule applies to a pair of dragons or tribals or a set of more items such as logos or flags. There is only 1 exception: The -eye- decals (tiger, eagle eyes, etc) where the width dimension of the decals includes both eyes & distance between them.
