To keep costs low for our customers, we use standard international mail for all shipments from our base in Greece. Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
Processing & Shipping
- Location: All orders are shipped from Greece via Hellenic Post (ELTA).
- Processing Time: Orders are shipped as soon as possible (typically within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation).
- Shipping Method: We use standard international mail to minimize shipping fees. This means we do not offer premium courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx) as these would significantly increase costs.
Delivery Timelines
While we strive for efficiency, delivery times depend on your location and local postal services:
- Europe: 7–15 business days (average).
- USA/Canada: 1–5 weeks (varies by USPS/Canada Post efficiency).
- Rest of World: 2–6 weeks.
Important: These are estimates only. Delays due to customs, holidays, or postal backlogs are beyond our control.
Possible Delays & Lost Packages
International mail is unpredictable, and postal services operate at their own pace. Here’s how we handle delays:
- Wait Period: If your order is overdue, please wait 25 business days from the shipping date before contacting us. Many “lost” packages arrive shortly after this window.

Lost Package Policy:
- If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days, we’ll issue a full refund immediately—no questions asked.
- We do not resend lost orders. Past experience shows reshipments often face the same delays, so refunds are the fairest solution.
Tracking Information
- No Tracking: To keep costs low, we do not include tracking for standard orders.
- Exceptions: If tracking is critical for your order, contact us before purchasing to discuss upgraded shipping options (additional fees apply).
Refunds & Cancellations
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations: We gladly cancel unshipped orders upon request.
- Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once shipped, we cannot cancel orders. However, if delays occur, follow the 25-business-day wait period for refunds.
- Refund Speed: Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval.
Why Standard Mail?
Our “shipping & handling” fee covers:
- International postage (EUR stamps).
- Protective envelopes and materials.
- Transfer tape (for decal application).
- Platform fees (eBay, PayPal, etc.).
By separating these costs, we keep product prices lower than competitors. Other sellers often inflate product prices to hide fees—we prioritize transparency and savings for you.
Customer Responsibility
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for errors or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
- Urgent Orders: If you need items by a specific date, we strongly advise against purchasing. Standard mail is unreliable for time-sensitive needs.
