1. Where does Stickers Factory ship from?

   All orders are shipped from Greece.

2. How long does delivery usually take?

   Delivery times depend on destination and local postal services:

   • Europe: 7–15 business days
   • USA/Canada: 1–5 weeks
   • International (Rest of World): 2–6 weeks

   Please note these are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or postal backlogs.

3. Do you offer tracking for orders?

   Yes. We now offer two shipping options (depending on region and order value):

   • Standard Mail (No Tracking)
   • Tracked Shipping (Tracking Included)

   In some regions/order ranges, Tracked Shipping may be required.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?

   No. There is no minimum order. You can order one sticker or as many as you need.

6. What if my package is delayed or appears lost?

   If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and include your order number.
   Our team will review the shipment status and help with the next steps.

   If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we provide a fair solution (refund or replacement, depending on the case).

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

   Most items are made to order, so returns/exchanges are generally not accepted.
   However, if there is a significant issue with your order, contact us and we will review your case promptly.

8. Can I cancel my order?

   Yes, you can cancel your order before shipment.
   Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. How do I request a custom design?

   If you don’t find exactly what you need, contact us with your idea and specifications.
   We can create custom designs tailored to your request.
